We were looking around for Kitchener area and considered Hamilton. We did a tour with Farheen and it was great. We did end up choosing Kitchener because of convenience and family, but would consider this building if we didn’t have ties in Kitchener.

Ryan gave us our tour and he was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan kept in touch with me while we were searching different areas, apartments and homes and always offered to help in anyway possible. Thank you Ryan!

REGENCY ON MAIN REVIEWS

I recently moved in (Feb 2025) and just wanted to share my experience so far. The staff are amazing - all of them. Cleaning, maintenance and Office. Special shout out to Vanessa and Roula who made the move in process seamless. They are quick and efficient to responding to emails as well! Everyone is SO kind and welcoming- I can not say this enough! The building is clean - apartments are beautiful. I have no notes. It is also pet friendly which is hard to find these days! This is truly a special place! I am very grateful to be lucky enough to rent here and I look forward to many happy years.

If there’s anything that makes me want to stay at 140, it’s definitely the maintenance staff and other employees here—especially Mr. Yonas. He’s truly amazing and such a fun person! Every time he comes for a repair, he does an excellent job, and it’s always a joy to chat with him. Perfect service.

One of the main reasons I continue to live here is the wonderful staff. Everyone is always so so helpful and kind. Roula and Vanessa are always lovely and responsive. Mr. Yonas Teklebrhan is definitely more than amazing when it comes to anything maintenance related! He is helpful, kind, and so fun to talk to. Great team and building overall.

Let me start by saying, it is hard to find a place to rent these days! Farheen, from the moment we met her has been extremely professional and efficient in helping us to adjust to our new apartment. We are so grateful to her for everything she did to ensure our transition was smooth! If you’re looking for a place to rent, look no further!

Farheen was absolutely outstanding helping us to find a rental. She was very prompt, organized, and super helpful. This was a very easy experience especially for us not being from the area. Definitely an easy experience and would strongly recommend.

Amazing ! I had a great experience with Farheen during our apartment tour. She explained everything. The process was so fast after our home tour. We are excited to get our key and move to our new home. Thanks to Farheen and your team.
