3 Best Apartments For Rent in Brantford, ON

I will say with transparency that my opinion is biased, as I have lived here as a tenant for years and now I work here at this property with Skyline Living as an Assistant Resident Manager. I truly love this building, the people and the community it has built up and become. I think of this place as my home and I view many of the people inside as family. I left to work at another property, but as soon as a position opened up here, I came right back home. There is a sense of community that I have found here, that I have not found anywhere else in my life travels. The people who live here are amazing, as our tenant base has a wide variety of different people who come from and are all at different points in their lives. The building is treated with love, as I can proudly say from experience. It is kept clean, with an open door policy to all our tenants. If you are looking for a place to call home, this building is well worth every penny!

This is one of my favourite buildings to visit because of 2 reasons; Melinda and Amanda! Both very kind and beautiful ladies always welcoming with a smile. I've always received positive energy from the two of them and look forward to our encounters everytime I'm needed!

The resident manager Melinda and Amanda and their team are doing an excellent hospitality job. Always quick at resolving issues for the residents. I personally love their services. Great job team. Melinda you are the best.

I moved into Sterling Square about three weeks ago and the process was very efficient and went very smoothly thanks to the wonderful staff at this complex. The building is immaculately clean and also very quiet. The neighbours are amazing. There was one issue about the electrical outlets in the master bedroom, and Kevin, the maintenance man rectified the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Sterling Square as a place to live for anybody seeking an up market accommodation in an affluent neighbourhood here in Brantford.

Very clean apartments, we just moved in and feels like home already. Very big apartment with big windows fills in the room with natural light. Management team is super nice. Tyson was great help and answered all the questions we had during the application/moving process patiently. Very pleasant and quiet community, definitely one of the best residence in Brantford so far.
