We recently renovated our home and experienced such great service from Great Flooring in Brantford. They had such an abundance of selection for flooring and carpet. Ronnie was an absolute pleasure to work with, had great recommendations, understood what we were looking for and wanted to accomplish. The selection we chose with Ronnie’s assistance for both tile and carpet was perfect and turned out beautifully. We will continue to use Great Flooring for future projects !!!

I walked in looking for a threshold that would match my broken piece. Rob Hart helped me find what I needed. He went above and beyond making sure I got the right piece. He tracked the missing piece in Cambridge and I was able to complete my project. So thank you very much for helping me.

Great place to go. Amanda was so helpful with matching bathroom tiling with the counter top samples I brought in. Installer Scott's work was excellent. Love the in-floor heating Scott installed in a few of our bathrooms. Scott is meticulous at his job and we were very happy with his work.

When looking for new flooring in Brantford I went to every flooring store available and I will say hands down Board of Your Flooring was the best, friendly helpful service, they go above and beyond to answer any questions or explain products to you, help you look through the huge selection of products and make you feel welcomed. They give you that personal experience that you need to know you're picking the best flooring for your needs. Mandy and Doug and the team are always happy to answer your questions and installing guys are amazing too, very professional and friendly. If you're looking to redo your flooring or tiles ever fireplace mantle I say drop in and take a peek you won't be disappointed !!

This company is the epitome of customer service. I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them for all my flooring needs. They were extremely helpful from a design perspective, when my wife and I were indecisive. I just scratched a few boards during a recent reno, since then my flooring was discontinued but Mandy was able to hunt down a few pieces for me so we could repair it. 10/10 through and through. Excellent service! The flooring I wanted had to be ordered in, and arrived before the estimated date. :) The installation was able to be moved up a few days! :) The installers (Matt and Kyle?) were friendly and courteous and had the job done quickly without a mess left behind! This is the second time we have had Carrillo do flooring for us and would recommend them!

From start to finish my backsplash job went down without any issues at all. Wonderful experience! Accommodated my timing for job and Sean was amazing. He put me at total ease as other jobs have not gone so well. I will recommend Carrillo carpets and Sean! Thanks so much, it looks amazing!
