We obtained quotes from three companies before selecting Dayside Windows. They were not the least expensive but seemed the most engaged in doing the work. Jeremy Marlow was great to deal with for the estimates and assessment. Also, Holly, in the Head Office, was incredibly supportive through the process. We saved some cost by doing the ground excavation ourselves. The egress window required foundation wall cutting before the installation. The cutting crew were great, very professional, and wonderful to deal with. The installation crew followed the same day and were also professional and efficient. Both teams respected the property and were very conscientious not to damage anything. Very satisfied with the end result. Both the egress window and the doorlight look great. Paid for by the moving company who had broken the window). Very happy with the quality and service. The windows are wonderful. Were there minor hiccups? Of course (very minor), but overall, a wonderful experience and would use Dayside Windows and Doors again in the future, without hesitation.

Our neighbor used and recommended Dayside so we decided to get a quote. We met with a competitor of Dayside and did not like the pushy sales tactics when they came to our home. Mike (installation sales) from Dayside came out and was straight forward and made the decision easy. Quick quote provided and clear communication for our project, with a good price-what more can you ask for. Installation came within the time frame they promised and the installer was a good worker, clean install and made the project smooth. Very happy with our new windows!

Older house, needed new windows to complete functionality of the kitchen. Quote process was efficient and they explained everything. Good value for the work done and very happy with the workmanship. Job involved reframing, install and exterior flashing/trim.

We couldn't be happier with our windows and front door from Cayman. We had our front door and front windows done in 2019, and we just had the rest of our windows replaced in November 2022. Everyone at Cayman is professional, helpful and responds right away to emails/telephone calls. We have had many people comment on our beautiful windows and we would highly recommend this company. From the office staff, salespeople, installers, everyone is awesome! Thank you so much for a job well done! To our recent crew Sam, Jeff, Anthony and Brighton you are truly the best! Anyone looking for craftmanship, excellent service and a quality product should contact Cayman Windows and Doors. I'm sure glad we did!

Triple glazed windows (4 large and 1 really big). Cayman provided a quality product and knowledgeable, friendly service throughout, from quote to installation. The guys worked as a professional team and had the windows in and beautifully finished hours before I had expected them to be. They went above and beyond, just to be kind, in unbearable heat & humidity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cayman Windows.

My experience with Brookstone has been exceptional. The installation of the windows were very professional and the communication as well throughout the complete installation. Some minor issues were encountered but they were addressed in a timely matter, as well as follow-up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brookstone replaced our front door, sliding door and all windows in our house. Every team member we interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient, everything was well cleaned up after the installers were finished each day. My spouse and myself are extremely pleased with Brookstone services from start to finish!

Due to weather conditions the start time was delayed from 8 am to 12 the first day. Scheduling was meet for the end of day 2, which was also delayed The end result is a very wonderful instalation. More than happy
