JH Young is a first class retailer and Jeweller!! Months ago I had mentioned to the salesperson (Eve) that I was looking for something special for my wife, my budget was not small but I expected a lot for my money. She suggested that she keep an eye open for an estate item and let me know what comes in. After a couple of calls and visits she found THE ONE! Beautiful ring, great value and the most exceptional customer service. My wife is thrilled and we could not give any higher unqualified recommendation to Eve and the family and Young's. Thank you!!

Went in to get a wedding band for me and matching wedding ring with diamonds for my fiance. I had an excellent experience. There was no pressure and the service was top-tier. The advice I received was very practical. Would highly recommend if you need wedding jewellery.

Had an excellent experience at this Peoples. My daughter unexpectedly got upset when I said no to a necklace she wanted to get her Mom for Mother's Day (I learned quickly she has expensive taste for a 5 year old), and had difficulty choosing one in my price range. The staff were so great with her and gave her some candy to help her calm down and choose the perfect necklace. Tanya was great with my daughter and helped us pick the perfect necklace. The staff didn't push anything on us either so I was very impressed! Great staff and great service all around!

Tanya was an amazing and wonderful lady to purchase from went above and beyond to help me get the perfect set. Depsite being unable to purchase my original planned set, just speaking with me a little bit was able to create a custom set that was exactly the vibe I was going for. Was so kind and went that extra mile to ensure I'd be happy truely apriciate how kind and helpful she is and can't wait to purchase from her again. Even got myself an extra necklace to match will be back soon!
