It's hard to order flowers when you are not there in person but he showed such kindness and concern! He helped me choose the specific flowers, colors and container, and when the delivery address was changed at the last minute from a rural to an address in the city, he even told me that he would add extra flowers to compensate for the reduction of the delivery charge!
