I spoke with Johnathan today at Bialas Printing, explained that I needed some temporary sign's made and he said that was no problem. I what to talk to him and gave him the background that I was going to use. He was extremely helpful and informative. The other person was very polite too. Johnathan said he would get my signs today or tomorrow morning (28th August 23) at around 3 pm Johnathan called me to let me know that my signs were ready. I went straight away to collect them and not only was I impressed with the service but the signs far exceeded my expectations. I will be definitely be using Bialas Printing again. The price was extremely good too.
I googled printing in Brantford and Bialas was my first choice. Havent looked back since! They are fast, accommodating and appear to be a locally owned family business which myself and my company are happy to support. Always friendly and welcoming when I arrive for my pick up, too. When I lived in Brampton years ago I used to use this company to print some posters etc cause they were the only company that would take the type of format I was using and their printing and customer service was excellent. Then this week when I was asked by a friend if I could locate a last minute printer the first company that popped into my mind was MM Press. And sure enough they were willing to help. The only one in the GTA that was willing to. I so appreciated Fahad's efforts and patience with us. I highly recommend.
I have only been dealing with Minuteman Press for a few months but so far the customer service, communication and work they have done for us has been fantastic. Fahad worked with us to help get the printing needs of our gardening club realized within our budget and his team turnaround our projects very quickly for us. They are a pleasure to do business with.
