I was looking for someone who could give me a quick turnaround on a property that I was flipping. This is where principle designer Rolanda Simone and Urbanus Interiors came in. Roland met with me and asked me a number of questions regarding the design, she listened and delivered a great product. She took a 70's home and completely transformed it into a bright new modern design. She was involved at every stage of the design process with myself and the construction crew. Everyone who walked through the house loved it. I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her on future projects.
From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with Rolanda's vision and execution on the redesign of our main floor. I got an amazing professional e-mail back the same day letting me know she'd be delighted to help with my building project. We've been working with Rolanda for a few months and she is incredible! Always professional, always works in a timely manner, without her our project wouldn't even be past the first stage, she knows exactly what needs to be done, who to involve from start to finish. MARGOT DESIGNS REVIEWS
After an extensive home renovation, we required an experienced interior designer to help us complete the project. We asked Margot for help and she was excellent. Margot chose our paint colours and our new furniture and they were perfect. She also chose our window coverings, area rugs, and wall art.
