VILLAGE ON THE RIVER APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Amazing place to live. My dogs love the dog park and walking down by the lake. The residence that reside here are friendly and helpful. The staff are amazing and helpful and a delight to chat with. I even got a birthday so g sang to me outside my balcony. You want a great place live come check it out. Hope to see you soon.

I am always impressed with how clean the building is. The staff that we have in this building now are absolutely amazing they’re friendly they’re helpful you can always reach out if you need something and it’s a 10 to 2 right away I’m old and I’ve lived in a lot of places this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived.We use the sauna all winter can’t wait for the pool open in the summer. Great place to live.

I have lived at 67 Village Drive since June of 2018 and love it. The building is clean, quiet and the staff are amazing. Nicole, Paul, Andy, Mitchell and Ellie always say hi and are quick to offer assistance. Had a great summer here and looking forward to the winter!

JOHN COUNTER PLACE-SKYLINE LIVING REVIEWS

I am visiting my son at 766 John Counter Blvd for a week, starting 19 July 2019. The superintendent, Julie, is amazing. She keeps the building spotlessly clean. The pool is maintained so well too. The grounds, flowerbeds and flowers are stunning. This is the best the building and grounds have looked in the 2.5 years my son has lived her. Beautiful! Julie is also friendly and treats everyone with a true depth of friendliness, respect and genuine kindness. She makes living here a tire joy. There is a feeling of community, respect and kindness here now, due to Julie's kind and decent ways. Well done, Julie!

I absolutely love living in this building! The office and site staff is fantastic; especially the new maintenance man Bruce. He promptly completed my work order along with additional repairs present in my apartment. He was friendly and very polite during the repairs. He even went the extra mile helping me hang a picture which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work JC team!

John counter Skyline Living is one of the cleanest apartments I have ever seen. The staff is always making sure the high-touched areas are clean and disinfected. Especially in this season of Covid. I am very at ease satying here and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

We recently moved into 1020 Pembridge Square Apartments and have had a wonderful experience so far. The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a quiet, convenient location. From the very beginning, the management team – Cindy, Ray, and Christine – have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. They made our move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns we've had were addressed right away. It's clear that they genuinely care about the residents and the community. We’re really happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and professionally managed apartment.
