We've bought several pieces of furniture from the Brick in Kingston over the years. We always have a great experience shopping there. The customer service is unmatched and they have a great selection of couches and furniture. Special shout out to Tim MacDonald for all of his help helping us shop for some accent chairs! He provided great input and was incredibly helpful.

We just the left the Brick and are very satisfied with our purchase. But more than that we can't speak enough good things about the sales rep (Mike Blair) who assisted us with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about our specific needs and was just a genuinely nice man. Thank you Mike for making this an enjoyable experience.

The staff here are amazing. Friendly, cheerful and no pressure. Fairly large display and lots of options. We didn't find the one we wanted to test drive here so went to Ottawa location. In the past this store was easy to deal with even when there was an issue with a delivered piece.

We finally bit the bullet and got a king size bed! Richard at Leons Kingston was knowledgeable and friendly, and I know we purchased the best mattress to meet our needs at a great price! We also purchased an adjustable base which not planned but it was a no brainer once we saw what it would offer us. Thanks Richard! Delivery went off without a hitch. This base was heavy but the employees had it covered. They set it up and took all the garbage with them.

What an awesome experience buying a new bed today!! Customer service was excellent, knowledge of staff was exceptional, and ease of the entire transaction was flawless! Huge thanks to Laurie for everything, she is the best! Make sure you ask for her when going to the Leon's Kingston store!

The delivery went so smoothly. The guys introduced themselves, they were kind, courteous and professional. They gave me the time to add the floor protectors to the feet of my furniture and cleaned everything up and took away all of the box materials left from the packaging. I would highly recommend these gentleman

I came in looking for a couch and came out with a couch and new dining table and chairs! The services were amazing. James and Onkar were wonderful answering all of my questions and helping me find the best fit for me. Definitely will be going back again!

Andrea and Shawn's attention was excellent, they explained the pros and cons well. There are a wide variety of furniture that fits your budget, you want the cheapest ones? Do you want comfort and quality? They have it all they are excellent I will definitely come back to save and furnish my house with them. 100% recommended.

James went above and beyond to ensure we were treated as valued customers. When our warranty claim was denied at no fault of Surplus, James took it upon himself to offer in-store credit for the value of our purchase to make things right. His outstanding customer service gained returning customers for life. 5 stars!
