If I could give more than 5 Stars, I definitely would. The team at Midas Kingston on Princess St. are an amazing group of people. From the mechanics, to the Service Advisors, to the Manager, they went above and beyond to meet all my vehicles needs and they were very polite and professional doing so. They have definitely gained my business moving forward, and I will happily recommend everyone I know to send their vehicles to them. Great job all around, greatly appreciated. I always receive exceptional and prompt service from Midas. My car is usually scheduled within 24 hours if not the same day. They don't upsell me with unnecessary parts and labour. Awesome work and you can trust them to shoot straight. They will walk you through all the options for the work being done including everything from the bare minimum to get back on the road to completely overhauling any damaged systems. After presenting the options they help you get to a solution that meets both your driving needs and your budget. I won’t go anywhere else in Kingston.

I brought my SUV here to have the exhaust pipe repaired. It had detached at the rear, and they were very honest about the work required and did a full inspection of the exhaust. Fixed the problem, and added some clamps further up to prevent a future problem from occuring. The work was completed same day and at a very reasonable price. I have been searching for a reliable and reputable shop to come back to, and will definitely be returning for future work!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have taken to Auto Service Kingston for brake service and they have done a great job. Pricing was really good and they where done in a timely manner. I would recommend Autoservice Kingston to anyone Thanks for a great experience.

I've been going here for years regardless on the age of my vehicle I trust it to Phil and his crew.

So incredibly thankful to the team at Car Medics. My car broke down right before the long weekend and Canadian Tire told me it would be two weeks before they could see me, so CAA suggested I bring it here. They were able to look at it just a couple of hours after I called them, and by the end of the day it was starting like new and I had my car for the long weekend. So grateful!
