Bought a new keyphob and needed to get it cut to the igniton before setting the electronics, lock/unlock the doors, and set the alarm type thing. Was not only told that they nor probably any other locksmiths in town could do it (look up Chevy Equinox keyphob) and you'll see why but was told that the only place that could, was a dealership and he told me it would be about $75 to $80 and when I called, I was quoted $75 per key. Very nice and professional and didn't try to take advantage in any way, plus the shop if immaculate which shows they take pride in their work and their work place

I needed a repair done quickly as was trying to get out of town Brightman's was awesome! Tech was to my place within 1/2 hour and ended up doing multiple repairs! Very professional and quality service. Very fair price as well. Would definitely call again.

Been in need of a spare key for my motorcycle, none of those new machines can cut mine, thankfully we still have masters in the trade, 5 mins/2 new keys, that work flawlessly and another satisfied customer! Thank you.

Great service called, and he showed up within 1 hour. Great work. I thought I needed a new lock, but he saved me money and just fixed it ! I recommend A-1 as my go-to for locksmith service.

He worked extra hard to get everything fixed and gave extra advice on different products. Excellent and polite communication and prompt service. I definitely recommend this business.

Calling from Toronto to Kingston looking for a locksmith to help my son who was locked out. I found Jasmine from Anchor Safe and lock which quickly sent out their technician and within 45 minutes was there drilled out the deadbolt cut new keys and was on their way. They kept me in the loop through the process and really provided a great service experience. Being in a service business myself I very much appreciate the attention.
