I contacted Kingston Dodge as I was in the market for a Ram 1500 Rebel and was put in contact with Chris. Let me tell you this was the best truck buying experience. Chris had me come in that afternoon and we hit it off right away. He was very knowledgeable and so accommodating (everyone was). He had me setup for a test drive right away and answered all of my questions and concerns. I then met with Trevor in finance and was equally as impressed with the experience. Again, knowledgeable and zero sales tactics. It felt like two friends having a chat and coming to a mutual agreement. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will never go anywhere else. Kingston Dodge has my business moving forward.

We had a wonderful experience with Kingston KIA and all the staff that helped us. We felt no pressure while exploring our options. Our sales rep Cole is very knowledgeable and was so very friendly and helpful. He went on the test drive with us to show us all the vehicle's features. Then after purchasing the SUV he spent over an hour helping us to get our personal settings organized. Overall I would recommend going here when looking for a new vehicle.

It was a pleasure to work with Randy to purchase our new Kia Carnival. The deal was easy and all my questions were answered. The vehicle was delivered on time and in pristine shape. My only advice is to be patient around your appointment times. A few of the appointments started late but this is the customer service industry and can be difficult to meet exactly as expected. Overall it was a great experience purchasing our 3rd Kia from this dealership. Great vehicles and great staff.
