So unbelievably happy with the entire ordering and delivery experience. Choosing a florist, when you're not familiar with the area and in another country, can be a disaster, but this was the opposite. The communication was outstanding and felt very personal. The flowers weren't just beautiful, they were best quality, perfectly arranged, happy flowers that I could have hoped for!!! Thank you for delivering such a wonderful gift to my friend - it truly made a difference in her day!!! I would highly recommend this florist.

The floral arrangement I ordered online for my mom turned out just as beautifully as the photos depicted on the website. The ordering process was easy and the communication from Loyalist was great- they emailed me updates when the arrangement was being worked on and when it was delivered. The flowers were vibrant, beautiful and healthy, and my mom was ecstatic! I have ordered from Loyalist for about 7 years now and they have always done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

I've ordered from here twice now and both times the service and quality of the flowers have been top notch. Most recently was an order for a couple for their prom, and the finished product was exactly what we had hoped for. While i was there, i picked up a gorgeous hand tied bouquet for my in-laws anniversary as well, and I've never seen my mother in law react to flowers like she did with these ones! Perfection! The owner and her husband are such lovely people. It's my new favourite go-to flower shop!

CHARTREUSE FLOWER WORKS REVIEWS

I would highly recommend Chartreuse if you are coming from out of town and ordering flowers for a convocation. Throughout the entire ordering process, I receive great service, information and accommodation for our unique needs since we were coming from out of town. The flowers were carefully prepped with individual water containers for each one and delivered as late as possible the day prior to our convocation so that the flowers will be at their best on the day of the event. The photo was taken 2 days after delivery and the flowers look amazing still! Communication was excellent throughout. I had preordered the bouquet 1 month before the event. 1 week before scheduled delivery, Chartreuse called me to confirm/finalize details. The morning of the event the owner called to ascertain that the bouquet was satisfactory. Beautiful bouquets, excellent communication & customer service. You can rest assured everything you arrange with Chartreuse will go as planned. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s convocation a success!

Amazing, creative wedding florist Michelle was a phenomenal wedding florist in her creativity, reliability and reasonable pricing. She found a way to stretch our budget to create the most stunning backdrop for our indoor wedding ceremony (at the Rosemount Inn), and created a bridal bouquet that took my and my mother’s breath away. The boutonnieres were refined, delicate and a piece of art unto themselves. She’s also really fun to communicate with and a delight to work with. I can’t speak highly enough of her work as a very happy customer and bride!

Michelle made a beautiful bouquet for our daughter’s graduation and went above and beyond by replacing and delivering flowers that we inadvertently ruined. Highly recommend Chartreuse!

Despite my very limited knowledge of flowers, they somehow entered my brain and created the most perfect arrangements for our day. Thank you so much to Kate for guiding us through the process and making our day so beautiful!

I’m always afraid when trusting a website for a delivery. Especially when I’ve never been to their physical location. Pam’s website was easy and had some beautiful arrangements. This also gives me anxiety as the picture sometimes just isn’t what you get. However the actual arrangement exceeded my expectations. The delivery was seamless and the recipient had her day brightened. What more could you ask for. Thank you very much.

Best flowers in town! My partner and I continue to order from Pam’s over the years. The flowers are always beautiful and the customer service is great!
