We came in today for an appointment to see the Jewel specialist that was in store to see if we could find diamonds and sapphires to replace in my eternity ring that over thirty years had slowly lost some of its originals. Jenny and Natasha gave us a really great, honest and non rushed experience, we listened to all their expert advice and recommendations.

Tasha was very accommodating and extremely helpful with my wife’s rings during cleaning. Tasha explained what would need to be done with the rings that are now quite thin bands and also suggested the dipping of 2 other rings which she also looked up to see if they were still covered.

It was so much fun selecting our engagement ring with tasha. She had a very good knowledge about the deals and quality of diamonds. The store actually got pretty good collections too. Very satisfied with the purchase. We bought both our wedding rings from people store.
