Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff and management at Conservatory Pond who cared for our mother and supported our family for 2 1/2 years. They have created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where Mom felt very comfortable and at home. The staff are kind, hard working and well trained. They always responded well to our requests and often did special things for Mom. Because of them, we all felt like part of a team and a large family. A special thanks to the kitchen management and staff. The meals were very good and nutritious with lots of variety and friendly service. Together, they were a tremendous support to our family. We cannot thank them enough.

My sister and I had needed respite for a couple of weeks, and we placed our father at Conservatory Pond. He was quite content for the 2 weeks. An issue had arose while we were away, we were notified immediately and the staff dealt with the issue. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

This has been the best move that I have made so far and hopefully this is the last one I'm at Cataraqui Heights retirement residence and I've had nothing but nice things to say about it. The directors Jessica and Angela are doing an amazing job. And all the staff working here is very helpful and caring. There are plenty of activities to do here and a beautiful pool.

We continue to have a good experience at Cataraqui Heights with the care of my sister. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. The apartments are quite substantial and well cared for. Meals are superb and plentiful. Activity Programme is tailoured for the needs of the resident. It is continuing to be a POSITIVE experience for us as caregivers and my sister as a resident.

I am a long-time resident of retirement homes and I can truthfully attest to the fact, yes, FACT, that Cataraqui Heights Retirement Residence is an excellent home. The staff are excellent, so helpful! Call me if you need any further reasons to move here.
