Our move-in went very smoothly, thanks to the awesome Liberty House Team, namely, Nicolai, who showed us the beautiful unit and amenities, and helped us through the leasing agreement, readying the apartment for move-in, and other necessities (including a demo of how to work every appliance). He did it all with warmth and efficiency. On move-in day, the place was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely Welcome Basket awaiting us! Such a nice touch! On moving day, Kym, at the front desk, efficiently took care of opening the loading area for our two delivery trucks, and Celia helped us receive the balance of our move-in packages later that day. We are so impressed with the apartment and its finishes, the views and, the incredible team at Liberty House. We feel at home, thanks to you.
