There were several florists linked to the funeral home. We chose this one based on the reviews and user-friendly website. I accidentally made an error when placing the online order. When I called shortly after to make the correction; my call was quickly answered. I was warmly greeted, and she had already caught the error! Needless to say, I was impressed! The arrangement was beautiful and pretty accurate to the picture online and the description provided. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement!

I love the arrangement that I received through pick up. I placed the order through the phone for Mother's Day event and requested for peonies and they did not disappoint. beautiful arrangement and friendly staff. I will definitely come back here again. Limited parking at the back some parking in the roadside, but this area is not usually busy . Lots of selection inside the store. Easy to find.

This is my first time ordering from Browns Florist. Great website to order from. I did call them later that day as the recipient wasn’t home to receive. They assured me they would deliver the next day and if any of the flowers needing replacement they would do so at no cost. Extremely helpful and pleasant customer service on the phone. Once the flowers were delivered you receive a confirmation email and a photo of your flowers. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Placed order on the phone because of the short timeline. They were able to take the order, create what I asked for and deliver all within two hours. Absolutely amazing. Flowers were bright and gorgeous. Photo came through after it was delivered.
