Borguesse was informative on the important details that I needed to know, she really was a subject matter expert. She was happy to meet with me multiple times until we found the perfect diamond. She provided her expertise while listening to my ideas and the team made the perfect ring. The Kimberfire team made an intimidating process easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend designing your ring with Kimberfire. Larissa was incredibly knowledgable and extremely helpful throughout our design process. It is overwhelming shopping around for rings, the search can feel endless, but being able to design your own is such a great process and adds even more of a personal element. Larissa had so much great advice and helped put our minds at ease when choosing design elements (especially since we knew very little coming into this). We put our full trust in Larissa and are so happy we did. The ring came out absolutely stunning and we could not be happier with the final product! We had a great experience with Kimberfire! Larissa met with myself and my fiancee and walked us through the whole ring designing and buying process and made us feel very comfortable. We met to review a bunch of gemstones she picked out that fit the size + colour + price range I was looking for and we found the perfect one! I had the most awesome shopping experience buying my new Grand Seiko watch at Classic Creations. Ami was the sales associate that looked after me and he had a wealth of knowledge about the brand. He took the time to make sure that I knew how to set all the features on the watch and made sure the watch fit me perfectly. As a watch collector Classic Creations is a great place to shop as they have so many different watch brands to choose from. Classic Creations is definitely one of the top watch stores in Toronto and I will definitely shop there again. Thanks Ami and we will see each other soon.

Everything was amazing with my experience buying an engagement ring with Natalie from Classic Creations. Not only was I listened to and provided suggestions, but I felt like she had my best interest at heart. To add to what would've already been a glowing review based on service, I shopped for engagement rings around the city and Classic Creations had the best offer for comparable diamonds and bands!
