Right off the bat great service! I called in earlier and discussed my situation with my bike chain and they the staff member on the phone was helpful enough to walk me through the procedure. I came into the store and was greeted and everything felt very welcomed I was assisted with a staff member named Wes he got me set up with the system and was super fast in getting everything ready for me. While waiting for my bike I took a look around the store and the catalog the store has oh man they got things on top of things.. I had a question about bike pedal extensions, another colleague named Akil had all the facts.. not only did I come to the store to get my bike fixed up but also being educated at the same time. These guys got it down packed! The price in total wasn’t that bad at all. Overall a happy customer!! So would recommend!!

It all started with a bike tune up, a friend recommended Trek on Queen W to me, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All the staff, Akeel + Owen, I wish I knew everyone's names, are very friendly and knowledgeable, making sure to address all my concerns. The tune-up was done efficiently and in a timely manner, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. My bike now ride smoothly and feels like new. In addition to the tune-up, I also purchased new tires, a pump, and some essential tools. Akeel provided excellent recommendations and even helped me choose the best products for my needs. I highly recommend trek for their excellent service, quality products, and quick turnaround time!! Thank you so much Trek team!!

Just bought a new bike from this location. The staff were very helpful, answered all my questions, and explained everything about the models I considered. The staff didn't try to push accessories on me or try to up-sell me items. Great service and would definitely recommend!

A big thank you to the team at Urbane Cyclist. They were so very helpful acquiring a HP Velotechnik recumbent. I live in Ottawa and they spent much time on the phone and email helping with the custom order. The process was extremely smooth and stress free. I’m enjoying the new recumbent very much it’s exceeding my expectations. Looking forward to many rides.
