Was grateful to stumble upon Gervais Rentals when planning my wedding. There is such a colossal selection. You can find everything and anything for an event that you're hosting. We rented everything from chairs, tents (with lights), barrels, barware, napkins and more. The tents truly created a cozy and intimate atmosphere during the wedding- and it gave us peace of mind. Everything is easy- tent set up is fast and efficient. The staff are competent and friendly. After the wedding, all things were collected. We didn't even have to wash any dishes! Truly is a gem. Would definitely recommend if hosting any event.. they'll have what you're looking for and at a reasonable price.

Our company hosted a family 'Carnival Day' for our staff and their family and friends. Gervais was there in plenty of time to set up the massive tent, and tables. We appreciated their efficiency from the time we contacted them for our needs, until the completion of the event. Would highly recommend Gervais for your function, and will definitely use them again! Thanks to their set up crew who were working on a super hot day!!

Gervais Party Rentals was great to work with and accommodate my late request to change the tent we previously ordered to a different style. The tent was set up efficiently and made our wedding venue look even more beautiful and kept everyone dry during the rain! I would highly recommend using them for all tent needs!

Vibrant occasions really saved me when I had my mom’s birthday - I called 3 days before and they were so helpful on the phone. The process was super easy, seamless and incredibly affordable! The staff came to set everything up and take everything down and they were super accommodating about any requests I had! I will definitely be using them again for anything event related! Thank you for making my moms night so special :)

We used vibrant occasions for our wedding tables, linens, and chairs. Pickup and drop off were seamless and they were okay with us dropping off a little later due to unforeseen circumstances at no charge, which we really appreciated. The equipment was perfect, and I would highly recommend :)
