We ordered the linen sheets in copper and oatmeal, after ordering we decided we wanted the green instead. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful with facilitating an exchange however when I received the original order I saw that the colour was even nicer than on the website and decided to keep it! Beautiful comfortable sheets and fantastic customer service.

Five Star experience from start to finish. I was able to place my order with a delayed delivery date to coincide with my move to my new home. Silk and Snow accommodated this request with no issues. On the requested delivery date, my furniture arrived in several manageable packages so I could move it in on my own. Set up was a breeze and it looks great! I highly recommend Silk and Snow.

Love all the products from silk and snow, hybrid mattress, flax linen sheets and adjustable pillows. The quality is worth the investment and never had this good of sleep before. Sleep is so important and I highly recommend investing in silk and snow products to achieve good nights rest. Planning on purchasing more.

My salesperson Osama was friendly and proactive when there were difficulties contacting the store through its phone number and website. He texted and maintained contact until my delivery issue was worked out. My delivery was fantastic. The two deliverymen were friendly, courteous and happy to help. The delivery app that shows where the truck is in real time and where you are in the delivery queue is wonderful. 5 stars!

It was such a smooth delivery. Very fast and efficient! Love the chair, it’s so comfortable. They unpacked the box and took it with them and set the recliner up. I’m delighted with the service I’ve received.

The two guys who delivered were polite, fast and efficient. They didn’t complain about the 18 steep steps up! I would highly recommend The Brick.
