Norseman has been a great company to work with. They are staffed with a professional and knowledgeable team of project managers and construction specialists who were happy to assist with my home renovation. I was very pleased with their level of communication through regular weekly meetings and updates through the BuilderTrend platform. They were efficient with not only deadlines but also budgets, keeping the project on schedule while maintaining cost effectiveness. I had the pleasure of working with Ezad as my project manager. He was empathic to any issues that came up during construction and was enthusiastic to help solve them. He would promptly respond to any questions and concerns I had over email, text messages, and phone calls, including in the evenings and on the weekends. I am happy to have chosen Norseman to help me with my renovation and would highly recommend them.

We used Norseman for an interior renovation and had a positive experience. Our project manager was Mohamed and he made himself available at all hours to answer questions and make suggestions. The project was on time and Mohamed, Kevin and team were able to accommodate our timeline for moving back into our home. Overall we are very happy with the final product and would use Norseman again.

SOUTH PARK DESIGN BUILD REVIEWS

Eric, Matt and the team at South Park Design Build built us a laneway house. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and the high quality of the workmanship of their team. Working in the Toronto downtown core, space was tight and ingenious solutions were found to solve construction and delivery issues. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly and dealt with promptly. Good communication skills and a sense of humour got us through the rough spots that are an inevitable part of any renovation or build. We now have a beautiful two story laneway house and garage that provides a safe place for an immune compromised family member to stay in comfort. Thanks, South Park.

We would highly recommend South Park Design Build. Just completed a major renovation of our 100 year old house including digging down, underpinning, and finishing our previously unfinished basement to increase our family's living space. And removing all the walls on the main floor to create a more spacious, modern look. Matt and Eric were great throughout the process with Matt being especially helpful on managing the details of this complex project. All the work was very high quality and the communication throughout the process was easy and honest. The budget changed a bit throughout the project as we either added, removed, or changed certain aspects of the renovation but not only did we not go over the initial budget, but we received a cheque back from South Park at the end for some left over unused money. And at our last meeting they told us just to call if any problems come up in the future as time goes by and we start using the new spaces. So refreshing to work with a company that is honest, thorough, trustworthy, and cares about their customers.

I have worked with South Park on a few projects over the last few years. They are always a great team to work with. Eric has a good focus on people, money and ideas and often has great suggestions to help stay on budget without compromising quality and looks. They are also great with timing and completed our recent project exactly when promised. I would highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them again.
