Kevin was able to ask some questions over the phone to get an idea of what the issues were before they set up an appointment. This way they had the parts with them so no return visit needed. I had an issue with my dishwasher and dryer so they set up an appt to fix both at the same time. Chris was the technician, he came right on time and was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We first called them with a problem with our washer that already had another company in that told us that we needed an intake water valve. Chris came by and diagnosed that part and told us that it was working. He then checked our dryer and found out what was causing the noise, he said that he might have to order them. We got a call that night that they had the parts in stock. The next day Mike came by and fixed it. I would recommend North Durham Appliance anytime I have a problem with anything again. They are pleasant and answer any questions and their parts are reasonable.

Nothing but great reviews. I called this company and was booked an appointment within a few days. The fridge problem was diagnosed and fixed the next day. Chris is a very professional and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this company.

There are not many businesses that you can trust to deliver a great service. I have never had to question the value of a service call from Hank's. In many cases we have just paid for the call itself as the tech found nothing wrong but was here for over an hour. Factor in time and travel, they could make up a false repair to make money NO they only fix what is broken. You can trust this company I have been using them for 25+ years and I have never had to question a bill. Highly recommend.

Everyone that I spoke with throughout this entire service call was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The process to received text communication and confirmations on appointments was also extremely convenient and fast. Big thanks to the technician Stephane that came. He was so friendly and clearly an expert at what he does. He was able to identify the issue with the fridge and ice maker immediately and then it the following service appointment fixed it. He even texted me after the first service appointment to check in on things. Would 100% recommend Hank's to anyone needing help with their Samsung appliances.

We were contacted quickly from Hanks Appliance after we submitted our request. Technician (Steph) showed up within the time frame and was knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a professional manner. Both AJ and Victor were very helpful when we needed our Samsung dryer repaired. They were upfront with the repairs needed, what wasn’t needed, and the costs. They took time to answer our questions and made special arrangements in their busy schedules to take care of us. Thanks guys…so happy with your expertise, communication and service.

Although I decided to not repair my dishwasher as it made more sense for me to buy new due to its age, AJ was prompt, professional, straightforward with what needed done, timeframe of repair and cost. Will definitely call upon his services in the future.

AJ showed up on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem with our ice maker immediately and replaced the parts. His price was very good. I would highly recommend.
