Been twice now, once for a broken spacebar and once for a chewed through cable, which he fixed instead of trying to sell me a new one. Both times experience was fast and friendly! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mutasim on two separate occasions and both times he delivered excellent results. The first job involved my ASUS ROG Strix gaming laptop which had been plagued by sticky keys and other glitches lately. I tried so many things to fix it myself with no luck. I needed something compact but powerful, with the ability to support at least four screens. He listened carefully to my needs, chose a sleek, portable case (I travel from time to time) and handled the intricate wiring in the tiny case beautifully. The machine not only performs exceptionally but looks great on my desk (see pics). I needed to upgrade some drives on my pc for a new job, and was quoted 4-8 days from Canada Computers which was not practical at all. After discovering Custom PC Builder and Repair Services, I called Mutasim and he was sooooo helpful, calm and collected, talking me through the drives that I needed, and the cloning process to transfer my OS/C Drive to a larger drive. His availability was incredible and he was able to do the upgrades all in just a few hours that same weekend! The new drives were perfect, everything was plug and play and he even accommodated a last minute fan replacement for me as well! Would absolutely recommend him if you’re looking for a pc upgrade or build. Professional, great communication throughout the process, quick and very reasonable price.
