We used Taunton Pools to design and install an inground pool. The whole process was great, from start to finish. The final product was very well done and the price was competitive. The quality of work throughout the process was very high and you can tell that they've been doing building pools for a long, long time. We have had a few minor issues (as to be expected) that cropped up post-build and the company was prompt in addressing them. The employees are all very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented.
Mixed reviews. Have always had great service when taking in a water sample or buying supplies. Have been into the store three times since October to request a quote for pool resurfacing, new liner, new filter and new pipes. Each time was told someone would call and arrange a quote and three times no call. Very frustrating and although the first time we went in was in the fall in hopes of scheduling the work early spring, now we fear we might not get the work done this season. Have to look for another place to do the work.
I love this place! Tracy, diamond, Kathy along with everyone else working there is so polite, knowledgeable & always eager to fix any issues if any. My wife & I are very happy with are choice in choosing taunton pools to deal with are needs. Would highly recommend them to any & everybody looking for a pool/hottub.

I spoke with Darryl the sales man and he was very professional. He did not steer me at the most expensive hot tub but the one which suited my needs.
Buy a hot tube here!! International Pool and Spa gives excellent service. They were friendly, welcoming and even made room for my kids to feel at home. They allowed us to look at different hot tubs and clearly explained the benefits and differences for the ones we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy but reassurance that we were getting a quality hot tub. The care of our hot tub was clearly explained. Our hot tub was delivered in a week! Your time and money will be best spent here!
I have been in contact with Darryl who works here for many years. He has always strived for excellence and has put his customers first as a priority. I have always had great experiences at this location and whenever I want to purchase I hot tub I know where to go. Cheers
