Highly recommended! Enercare sent a great team of professionals to our home within a 24 hour time frame when we needed to replace our vintage HVAC system. Technician Jason arrived in the morning, readily assessed our problem, and informed us that our 35 year-old air conditioner was no longer functional. Later that same afternoon, we met with consultant Darrin who provided a comprehensive analysis of our needs, answered our many questions, and made excellent recommendations. The installation of our new state of the art heat pump and furnace by technicians Alan and Matt B, began promptly at 8:30am the following morning with removal of the old appliances, and throughout the course of the day with the installation of the new appliances, inside and out, duct work, piping, etc. Alan and Matt B. were friendly, knowledgeable, and their expertise and attention to detail (and even cleanup) made the installation a pleasure. They patiently answered our questions, and even guided us through the use of our new Smart thermostat. Many thanks.

I don’t usually write many reviews, but the quality of service I’ve been receiving from Enercare Oshawa is worth mentioning. Enercare Oshawa consistently exceeds our expectations. The service technicians who have come to our home have all been excellent—technically well-trained and providing outstanding customer service. Recently, Jacob came to our home as part of our yearly maintenance plan. The service he provided was excellent. He answered every question I had and handled himself very professionally. He was also very respectful of our home as he moved from one gas appliance to the next. Thanks for a job well done, Jacob.

A very polite Noah installer came to my house at the beginning of the allotted time frame. He and Tyler completed the work quickly. While Tyler got the things out of the truck Noah got things ready in the house and explained how they were going to do the installation. He explained about possible likes if the water valves were rusty, without any pressure he offered me the information and extended insurance package. The transfer of the tanks went quickly. I was also offered to have things explained about the job and the switches and settings around my new heater which I took him up on. The area was left clean. I was very pleased with how the call was done.
