I just want to thank Orlando in the call center for helping me make my experience with SmartStop very positive. He was very efficient and professional and it was comforting to know I was speaking to someone who could help and execute what was needed. So important. Also, I would like to thank Angi at the Fox Oshawa location for continuing my positive experience. She was knowledgeable very professional and we appreciated her pleasant greeting and willingness to help. Honestly SmartStop was truly the right choice for my family. Keep up the great service and vetting the right people. Service and execution is everything.

While waiting can be a little long doing the rental online is super easy and saves time for everyone. I did the rental through their website, filled out the form and when I went in, it took less than 5 minutes to have my unit. I strongly recommend completing the rental online. Very seamless.

Extremely friendly staff, very respectful and professional, clean environment with 24hr security cameras.... Highly recommended.

From start to finish I would highly recommend the DYMON team. Danele was amazing and super friendly when setting up my account with DYMON. Even took time away on an holiday to help me! August, Julian and Peter were awesome movers, very friendly, careful and efficient! Made a not so fun move much better. The guy at the front desk (didn’t catch his name) was very helpful with setting up the Bluetooth and even walked me up to the unit! Thanks guys for all your help, I highly recommend.

Logan, Dwayne, Steven did a PHENOMENAL job!!! They had us packed and out the door in less than half hour. They shrink wrapped everything, and packed the unit so beautifully. Plus they were the friendliest. I have had some shady movers in the past and this was THE BEST moving experience we have ever had. Guys, much love and respect for all your hard work. Wish you all the best!!.

Awesome store, really pleasantly surprised. An amazing assortment of storage and organization solutions. Their kitchens look beautiful too. Great masks too, really well made and fit really nicely, highly recommend their masks. Customer service is great, attentive and friendly.
