I have utilized Green Planet Electric services twice and both times were highly professional. Mark is great to work with and I have no problems recommending him or using his services again. The first time was a relatively big job where he installed two parallel EV chargers (I have two electric vehicles) and replaced my fuse box with a circuit panel. He even added an optional transfer switch for the future addition of a backup generator and diligently made sure the branch circuits I wanted were included with the transfer switch. The second time I called Mark was for an emergency in which he was a saviour as I did not realize the possible severity of the situation. I experienced power fluctuations in my home in which sometimes I would lose all power like a short brownout. I called Mark who informed me that it could be short and therefore a fire hazard. He came to my home immediately and discovered it was with the utility power feed into my house. He assured me it wasn't a short inside my home, and arranged with the utility company to have it fixed. Sure enough it ended up being the faulty hydro pole on our street as Mark surmised and the issue was fixed by the utility company. Very grateful that Mark made a quick dash to our home once he recognized the possible severity of the situation.
