Was able to get an appointment to check out my squeaky dryer quite quickly. Roman, the technician, came and assessed the problem very promptly, and provided a fair solution! He quickly ordered the part and came back the next day to finish the job. Roman was kind and helpful, and would definitely recommend him and Max Appliance for any future jobs.

I want to thank Max appliances company and specially technician Roman, our dryer stop working Roman came on the next day after we made an appointment and quickly find the problem, he ordered parts and on the next day dryer got fixed. Thank you guys.

Valentin did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing as he went along.

My dishwasher stopped draining late last night and I was very concerned about it. I submitted an online inquiry and by 8am the next day, they responded and spoke with a very pleasant rep by the name of Max. He arranged for a senior technician to come by that morning and he was able to fix the issue in under an hour. I really appreciate it and would highly recommend. Thank you.

My stovetop stoped working! It is a 30 years old machine! I know it is hard to find parts and fix it! But when I called Maydone company, they send Ramon came to my house to fix it! He is friendly person, he work so seriously! He try many times, never give up! I definitely give 5 star to him!

Ramon was very knowledgeable worker and fixed our oven better then when we bought it. Highly recommend him and his company

Knew exactly the issue with my dryer as soon as he heard the sound it was making. Had the right parts with him. Took the whole thing apart, fixed it and closed it all back up within 45 min. Very clean! Payment was easy and on the spot. Receipt in my inbox before he left. Highly recommended

Michael. Z is professional and efficient. He came to fix the hood fan. After initial diagnosis, the part was expedited and arrived earlier than expected. The follow-up appointment was 2 weeks earlier to put the fan back in use. The service was completely in 20mins, installed and tested. Much appreciate the expertise and efficiency.
