Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and with great pricing. Septic tank decommissioning services were done at our church in Pickering about 3 weeks ago. The appointment was scheduled without delay (we were experiencing an emergency situation with septic tank backflow into our building). John not only performed the works that we had asked for, but also offered to help us demolish our rotting deck with his machine while he was there. Milissa in the office responded to requests promptly and both of them are very helpful. They recommended works that fixed our problem and it cost less than a quarter of another quote that I had received from another company. Overall, I am more than impressed with their service and works!

Definitely worth 5 stars+++. John is wonderful, so knowledgeable, knows what he is talking about. Called for an issue, they fit me in to access the issue, came after hours, got the parts required and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend calling Aquamatic Systems for all you septic issues. They are a five star company and no one else compares.

John helped me find my septic tank, install lids, a new pump and fixed the electrical issue that was preventing my pump from running. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and give me useful information on my system. He even helped me on an unrelated issue that wasn’t in scope for the septic work. He was very responsive and showed up on time and was professional. Milissa who handled the booking and the invoice was also courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their services for any septic related needs.

Wow! EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish!!! I contacted Mr Rooter by email and VERY quickly they contacted me to book an appointment. Licensed plumber, Wondwossen (Wondy) Tesfaye was right on time and repaired my pop up drain linkage beautifully! I had been struggling with that part never really working properly for years and now it works better than it ever did!!! Wondy, clearly cares about his work and I really appreciate that. If you are having plumbing problems, just call Mr. Rooter and get the job done right!

Amazing customer service thank you John! My Mother 92 years old had a backed up sewage drain resulting in no use of water in her house. Called Mr. Rooter at 5:00pm and by the next morning 8:00 am they were outside in the rain digging to replace the collapsed pipe. 5 hours later the job was complete and my Mother had peace of mind. Senior discount was thoughtfully applied and reasonably priced. My Mom went from being in tears, stressed since the backup to a sigh of relief and very happy with the care and understanding and job well done and priced for a Senior on a fixed income. John at Mr Rooter Plumbing did a great job. He identified the source of the clog in the drain and cleared it promptly, I would use Mr Rooter plumbing again
