Amazing, phenomenal, fantastic, and the nicest people I've met. There are truly not enough adjectives to describe the outstanding work that was done on my laptop. Came in with a touch-screen PC with the screen literally coming off. And within a few days....completely fixed! I also asked for a new battery included. Everything was ready in 4 days (including the weekend). Can't thank everyone at this establishment enough. They really saved my grades! I would recommend this repair location to literally anyone who has anything wrong with their device. Thank you again.

Superb! I phoned multiple data recovery businesses to inquire. Max at ASK was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Recovery was needed from my iPhone 14 as it was stuck on the logo (I tried Apple store to troubleshoot already.) Max went above and beyond. Retrieved and restored everything back to normal. Highly recommend this business.

Jeff is very conversational and nice. He will tell you the possible reasons that the laptop is not working in details and give you an estimate in advance. He fixed my laptop after one day and also cleaned the dust for it. He even gave me a new power cord! If my laptop goes wrong again, I'll definitely go back to him.

My laptop would not charge. Jeff was pleasant and explained the problem clearly. Within an hour I received a text that laptop was fixed. Most places would replace motherboard for hundreds of $$$ but Jeff was able to souder a new plug onto the existing motherboard for way less.

I spilt milk on my work laptop and came over to Jeff’s shop at 5PM to get it cleaned. He was incredibly understanding and was able to take the entire laptop apart and clean all of the residue off within the same day. I had my laptop back in working order by 6:30PM. Jeff is a lifesaver and worth every penny.

I had a problem with my laptop with just one week before I was to leave on a business trip for 3 months. I visited the shop late afternoon on Saturday and Jeff worked through my problem.
