I was having difficulty setting up my account portal. I called XYZ storage Weston Road location and spoke to a lady named Sarah. I found her to be knowledgeable very helpful. She was very patient and thorough as well as she kept telling me to take my time step by step asI set up my account online with her over the phone. She was also very security conscious as well. My overall experience with Sarah was a 10++ and I would recommend her to anyone for anything due to her excellent customer service skills. Thank you so much Sarah.

PUBLIC STORAGE SCARBOROUGH REVIEWS

Great experience renting at Public Storage at Estate Drive Scarborough. My wife and I rented here for 6 months until our home was ready. Trish who assisted us to set up our rental was simply outstanding with her customer service and is so knowledgeable. Everyone else who works at the office is super friendly too. The building is clean and well maintained. I would say that this location is one of the best in Toronto.

I want to thank Shakira for her excellent service. Even though it was the end of her shift she greeted us with a smile and was able to set us up with a storage space in 15 minutes. The process was simple, straightforward and satisfying. Thank you Shakira and Trish.

Very good area, clean with nice and caring personnel and good prices. Thanks.
