What a great experience with Reliance! My air conditioner stopped working this past Saturday and wit h the hot temperatures in Toronto, being in the house this weekend was very unpleasant. Thankfully I got a visit from Sam today and he did a great job! He was very attentive and fixed all the issues with the equipment. Thank you again Sam! I can sleep better now.

Ahmed is truly the best plumber I’ve come across! He made the entire installation process so smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of cost without unnecessary drilling. His expertise and problem-solving skills ensured everything was done perfectly while keeping customer satisfaction as his top priority. The whole experience was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

I am very happy with Mersey - after many issues, Mersey installed a new air handler for my central a/c system, and were so helpful with a quick fix I needed to improve the system. At every step of the way, Mersey provides excellent service - I have dealt with a number of technicians and each and every time they take the time to do the work , they are attentive to cleanup and are sincere in wanting to provide the best service possible. Zhou recently fixed a drainage issue for me . I will also go with Mersey for regular maintenance of my boiler. Great service and support.

Sam the technician was excellent explain Ed everything he was doing. Suggest a new unit. The one presently does not comply to ozone Efficiency. Tech coming to explain the new unit. I have been with Mercy for twenty years. I have had excellent service and will continue with them. Technician are extremely efficient. Well done.

Tech was great, I was expecting a blown compressor, turned out to be a bad capacitor. An hour later I stopped melting and cold air was blowing through the house. Highly recommend.
