Honest people, honest pricing. Had an iPhone battery replaced. Jay was amazing. He showed me the old faulty battery, installed a new one and made sure that I was happy with it before I paid. He also highlighted the bad quality of the previous repair job performed by another company. I desperately needed the phone fixed so that I could log on to various work related things that use 2FA. He allowed me to wait in the shop while he carried out the repairs and even let me use their wifi so I could work remotely. He did not once try to take advantage of me knowing how urgently I needed the repair done. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the honest work guys. Thank you once again Jay.

I’ve had 4 cell phone batteries changed here for my daughters, wife and myself, all phones work like new, saved lots of money from having to buy new phones. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend for battery replacement, usually done in an hour.

From the very start, he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and worked hard to find me the right phone and connection at an excellent rate. His care, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. You don’t come across this level of personalized service often — Shams made the process feel effortless and truly exceptional. I ended up saving more than 50% on the cost because of his suggestion! Highly recommended.

Great service! Went in as my phone was not charging and a lot of people said that the charging port needs to be replaced. Sonali in the store took a look and cleaned my charging port which solved the issue. Quick and effective.

I came in with a frozen phone that required expertise to factory reset. Grateful for their time ( 2 separate occasions, and held phone overnight to monitor) also grateful for their generosity, as they didn't charge me! Thanks so much.

I received fantastic customer service, a great price and an all-around terrific experience here today. My really old (but special to me) iphone needed a battery replacement. These folks didn't try to upsell with a new phone. They had the best price in town, too, cheaper than if I'd bought a battery and tried to replace it myself.
