The person arrived before the scheduled time, so I was happy with that. The person was very professional and gave me lots of tips on what the bees do throughout the year. They start off small like a golf ball in April and can grow to the size of a beach ball- yikes.. Unplug your sealed holes before winter to air out the nest-which it will naturally disintegrates. This person sprayed the entrance to the nest first and then covered the nest. Within 30 seconds the bees are dead and then the nest was hacked down which didn't harm the tree. The nest was removed from the yard and he was done. I'm happy..

Our recent service was for spring insect control in the house. The serviceman, Jomo, arrived right on time, wanted to know where we’ve been seeing insects, and got through the spraying efficiently. He was very pleasant and able to answer all of our questions. For the price we paid, we still get 2 more applications when needed.

Pesticon's responsiveness was great. They answered my phone call right away and came to my residence to assess and take care of my rodent issue the next day. Jason was very knowledgeable and (so far) his workmanship has stopped the rodents from coming into our kitchen as we have not seen or heard them since.

Excellent first time experience using Pestend to get rid of an ant issue. The company was easy to deal with, communicative, and came on time. Javaid came out, assessed the issue, made some great recommendations and took care of the problem. Haven't had an issue to date. We've recommended Pestend to friends/family as well. Best to leave jobs like this to the experts so that it is done right the first time. Very pleased with our service!

Javaid is one best person and did great job at our home. We had lots of insects and ant and he guided us best way. He let us know in advance therefore we were prepare before he came and he did great job. He fully instructed what to do after he did pest control. I really appreciate for his service. I highly recommend him if you need pests control services.

Javaid was extremely helpful and informative during his visit. He took care of the issue, gave some great advice on what to keep an eye out for and promptly followed up multiple times. Can’t recommend him enough!

I've been dealing with bed bugs for awhile and Addison's service was extremely helpful, and they were very responsive. they have an easy prep compared to others I've used, they have a 3 step procedure. Jesse came and did the treatment for us he was extremely nice and helpful, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled delicately and was sprayed. I highly recommend this company. I love how there is a warranty so they will come back if there are any activities.

Robert came to our unit today on Annette Street and was extremely helpful. He explained why and how the mice might be coming in and spent the time doing a thorough job looking for entry points and where we need to do a better job of sealing. He set up a lot of traps and was clearly quite knowledgable about fixing this issue. Thanks so much - really appreciate it and will 100% be using Addison Pest Control in the future for any other pest-related problems.

Great initial and follow-up service from Addison. Jay was very helpful with information and bookings and Robert was awesome on site with lots of helpful tips. It was a stubborn problem at our place but Addison stuck with us to get it resolved. Many thanks.
