From my very first phone call to inquire, right to the installation, everyone was VERY friendly, VERY professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Mike was very knowledgeable in the products and services offered, and made us feel confident in our decision on beautiful garage doors. On installation day, Mojtaba was very friendly, was on time, worked efficiently and finished ahead of schedule, he did an excellent job! Very impressed and very happy with our Dodds experience. Yuri called within 2 hrs of online request and sent technician (Tim) the next day. Came within 2 hr window - courteous, professional and honest. Had big dent in bottom panel and instead of suggesting full replacement, simply pushed out dent, added strut for support, installed rollers....all done within 45 mins and affordable. Highly recommend.

My senior Mom called frantically that her Garage door would not open. I called Garage Door Geeks and they came within the hour and 1/2 after that problem solved. They checked all mechanisms found some that were not currently a problem but would be shortly and fixed those also. Reasonably priced, efficient polite and professional, explained every step of the process. I highly recommend.

Yurri came to replace the “stripping” in my shed door. Very patient and he even fixed/adjusted my door. Very happy about the services/results. Would definitively recommend this company. Photos before and after. Thank you guy
