We’ve been with SafeTech for about 20 years for our home security system. When we moved and built a new house their techs helped us design and install a set of the art new system and it’s been very good. They operate like a small business - responsive and customer oriented. Sharon is our main contact point for anything we need and she’s great to deal with. Highly recommend.

I recently switched to Safe Tech Inc.for my home alarm monitoring, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Jerry, the technician, arrived right on schedule and was incredibly knowledgeable. He had my alarm system up and running in no time. One of the standout features of this system is the accompanying app, which allows me to control the alarm from anywhere in the world. This added convenience is a fantastic bonus. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Safe Tech’s service and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable home security.

I have recently become an a.p.i customer and couldnt be happier. From very professional installation of monitoring equipment, to tech support ticket system, to customer service - all very professional, done in timely fashion and unmached courtecy, a.p.i is far superior to other home security companies. I have been a customer of 3 other home security companies and can speak from personal experience - a.p.i. is far better with expertise and customer service and how they treat their customers than any other company I know. Installation - the a.p.i employee did not leave my house until he was sure all equipment works properly. Tech support - I had to use their ticket system for non urgent issues and I received an almost immediate response both by email and phone call, thoroughly addressing the question I had. Customer service - I can always reach a person, with very few prompts and a very short wait time.
