I bought a brand new fridge and it did not work on delivery. I called the store I purchased from and was told not their problem, call LG. Called LG could not get a call back from their service department, had one helpful guy who informed me pièces GR is who handles the LG repair is for our area. I called pieces GR and they arranged a service call for me under warrantee within a few days. I am super happy with their service as they were able to help me when no one else was.

These guys are awesome. I bought an igniter for my gas stove from another parts provider, who didn't have the key piece - ceramic marrettes that you would need to connect the new part. These are tough to find otherwise. I called GR, who gave them to me, and some tips on how to use them.

They have extensive expertise on all appliances they serve. They can get any part you need. Their service is very straightforward, efficient and professional. A+
