ART GALLERY OF HAMILTON REVIEWS
Absolutely incredible experience! Came in for a visit on a Thursday (free admission day) it was not too busy at all, no wait times and no large crowds. There is a great deal of art to explore; tons of local, Indigenous, and Canadian artists to appreciate! Overall an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area that has some free time; a very enjoyable way to spend a few hours of your day.
A beautiful Gallery with some amazing pieces. We visited on a Sunday to look at their latest gallery centred around Indigenous beading in art, and it was absolutely spectacular. I would recommend paying this place a visit if you have a good appreciation for the arts.
Radical Stitch is breathtaking from an artistic and historical perspective. Dont underestimate all the art this hometown gallery has to offer. Our docent, Fiona, was enthusiastic and knowledgable. Great afternoon spent here.

The McMaster Museum of Art serves as a public art gallery with the purpose of fostering inclusive, vibrant, and interactive connections between the general public and the world of art. Established back in 1967, this gallery is the custodian of the University's diverse collection, featuring a rotation of historical, modern, and contemporary art exhibitions, accompanied by associated events. Notably, the gallery houses significant assortments of Indigenous, Inuit, and Canadian artworks, particularly focusing on creations from around 1960 onwards. This institution has gained international acclaim for its specialized compilation of early 20th-century German prints, as well as its exceptional assortment of European paintings, drawings, and prints. Generous contributions from local business figures in Hamilton have further enriched this collection. Situated within the traditional territories of the Mississauga and Haudenosaunee nations, the McMaster Museum of Art functions as a communal nexus, bridging the gap between the campus and the broader community. The gallery offers complimentary guided tours suitable for all age groups, along with interactive educational activities that can be tailored to align with individual interests. MCMASTER MUSEUM OF ART REVIEWS
McMaster University Museum offers exhibitions linked with the university's history. You can find their interesting exhibitions that might help you to understand both the historical background of the school but also the philosophy and programs of its founding fathers. I recommend this museum to visit for people interested in the history and principles of academia.
Very beautiful place. They have very high security for the painting from back 19th 20 centuries, so no one can steal them also, I met a lot of staff members. They were so kind, helpful and awesome I like it ( God bless ) and keep it up.
Staff are so friendly and even when we unknowingly broke a rule they were very kind about it, we accommodated the rule once we knew and the whole experience was very pleasant and rewarding.
