SHERATON HAMILTON HOTEL REVIEWS

Had the pleasure of staying for an overnight. Check in was seamless and front staff were very polite and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. After checkout, I had an accident in the parking garage that left my rear windshield in a million pieces. I would really like to thank all of the staff for their help. Front desk provided me with cardboard and tape and a few minutes later Collin, the manager was in the parking garage asking if we were ok, if we needed anything and how could he assist. He brought with him another employee who vacuumed all the glass from my vehicle. I am so appreciative of the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. Well done! Thank you Collin and staff.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton for two nights. We had a wonderful visit! The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The rooms are clean with great views. We dined in the restaurant the second night and were very impressed by both the dishes and the restaurant staff. The hotel is centrally located with closed parking under the hotel. Our room was reasonably priced as well. When we are back in Hamilton, we will be back!

Clean room. Pool. Work out room. Restaurant has great burgers. Stayed overnight. Watch Toronto Rock game. Shopping was there. Tim Hortons or Starbucks.

HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON HAMILTON REVIEWS

Found the Homewood with the strangest entrance, no real place to pull up to the door, but everything is well done including the underground parking with lots of room. The room was large with a nice sitting area and separate bath. Included breakfast was decent and warm. Comfy beds as always. Road noise from the tin can mufflers was audible on the 4th floor, go higher if that bugs ya.

This is our third time to Homewood Suites in Hamilton ON and everytime the service is great, the rooms are clean and the front desk staff are really excellent. Make time for their breakfast in the morning because is an actual breakfast.

Staff was great, rooms clean and quite lovely. Would definitely stat again. Many cute patios close by for food and drinks

Was a maid of honor in a wedding held here, we were on the roof top! Ceremony and reception everyone was amazing from start to finish! From the start the amazing front desk staff as we walked in the day before was incredible helpful with a great friendly attitude and smile, too the coop student helping the morning of the wedding set up was perfect! The wedding coordinators made sure all our needs were met for the wedding and did it with A great smile and we're so friendly during what could have been a very stressful time! The severs meet guess needs and the bartender made our night! Only real hick up we faced was the AC in the room but the staff provided fans and we made it work thank you for a great experience

Currently staying at this hotel and I'm impressed with the overall hospitality and cleanliness. One staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and my daughter was given a peanut free snack. I believe her name was Milly. Thank you Milly for making sure my child was included in all activities. You made the difference for us. She also mentioned a March Break promotion, we will gladly come back in March. 5 star.

Modern, clean and new with movie-themed rooms. Free coffee station was a nice touch. Bathroom was huge. Baci restaurant was unavailable due to a party. A "glitch" with their booking system nearly canceled our room and it took several calls to fix.
