My sister and I came here for my 23rd birthday and had a great experience! I love that the steam and sauna room was total VIP and we had room to ourselves to feel more comfortable. We then enjoyed the Joie mini facial, I had Sophia and she was fantastic, she was very honest about the skincare I was currently using (which is great because I don’t know a lot about skincare) and recommended me products to help me on my clear skin journey. We then enjoyed a relaxing full body massage, that completed the amazing spa experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future! 10/10 recommend Joie Day Spa for all your spa needs!

What a great experience! The spa was very accommodating to get myself and my 2 daughters in on the day we requested. The reception desk employee was so friendly and professional on every interaction I had dealing with the spa on the phone and in person. The girls that gave us our experience there , were professional, kind and did an incredible job! The spa was clean and very private. We will definitely go back! Well worth it!

You have to see Sabrina and Jenna! We did a couples facial spa and they treated us so well! The room that we got all to ourselves was so calming. The facial spa included a scalp and arm, neck and head massage and products used smelt amazing! Thank you again, Jenna and Sabrina for being so amazing and making sure we left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I had my first massage ever here and I cannot believe what I have been missing out on. This place is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The staff members are very nice as well. Felecia was absolutely amazing and I cannot say that enough. I know it being my first time I am not that credible but I have never felt this way ever in my life. She made me feel very welcome, her deep tissue massage was spectacular and she is very soft and well spoken. An absolute angel. What a beautiful experience I had. If you need a massage done or would like to feel brand new again, you need to schedule your appointment with Felecia.

I love the mix and match package they have to specify your needs! Huyen Ngo show cased her wonderful expertise with massage, facial, and pedicure. Making me feel brand new. I have also had previous enjoyable treatments from Claudia and others. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Pure Sense Spa.

Absolutely love being here! I went here couple of times before for a full body massage and always feel so much better after each session. This time, I tried out their new nails tech and the result is absolutely stunning. Definitely one of the best new nails place in Hamilton. Must try for everyone!

SKIN SOLUTION REVIEWS

Finished my Laser Hair removal treatment with Ava and she is amazing! So professional and detailed oriented, she makes you feel super comfortable. Skin solutions also is one of the only places where I've seen results from my treatments as they use an EliteIQ which can safely treat people with my skin tone. Also Raine is the most knowledgeable person to all things skin! She has honestly saved my face with her amazing ZO recommendations. I've never had a natural glow that wasn't due to oil over production.

Ava made my first experience getting a Brazilian wax a great one. She was so nice, understanding and easy to have a conversation with. I felt I had been there before. She also answered ALL my questions and made it so comfortable. She also suggested I try the weight eye mask, and that was a wonderful experience as well. I will definitely be back.

I had an amazing treatment from Claudia the other day. She was so kind and knowledgeable and she was so helpful with the concerns I had about my skin. Claudia has given me many options and now we have a plan to move forward to rejuvenate the health of my skin. Thank you so much Claudia, it was a pleasure.
