The administration staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to the visitors. Westmount Recreation Centre has a modern basketball gym that offers various programs for young children to learn the game. The centre provides school programs for ages 6 to 12, meeting rooms, and gymnasiums. They have a clean pool, an activity room, and a party room. The centre features a warmer pool with shallow sections suitable for children. The party room is large and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The centre offers free admission to the pools.

The centre has three gymnasiums, a fitness centre, a multi-purpose studio, two outdoor basketball courts, multiple socialization areas and meeting/office spaces. Drop-in recreation options are available. They also offer parking, wheelchair accessibility, change rooms, and lockers.
