I recently took my grandmother to Arnold Hearing Centres for an ear cleaning, and we had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My grandmother was relieved and overjoyed with the results—she even had tears in her eyes from the improvement in her hearing! The level of care and attention we received was top-notch. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Sara and Alesha.

I had my first visit to Arnold Hearing Centres Guelph location this morning. Right from my initial contact and through today’s appointment I was met with pleasant smiles and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Lindsay for the warm welcome and thank you Alesha for your patience in explaining everything to me and answering my many questions.

My first experience with wax removal was very positive. Lindsay Beare inspired me to trust the process and Alesha was able to remove the wax that was resulting in some hearing loss.

I would highly recommend dealing with Connect hearing. The receptionist was very friendly and Cees was excellent to deal with. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable during the testing and very satisfied with the recommendation of the hearing aids. I have had them for a few months now and am very happy with the results.

Very professional, knowledgeable. They did a great job from answering my call, booking the appointment on short notice, completing the examination and educating me about the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Cees and the staff at Connect Hearing.

Cees took great care to come up with the right hearing aids for my unique situation. I highly recommend Connect Hearing and Cees for anyone with hearing loss.

Dr.Berge is an excellent,professional, specialist in her field. She's an medical encyclopedia in herself. I have have seen so many specialists in a couple of years after my accident but Dr. Berge is the best ever. Please avoid negative comments if you don't understand her medical and scientific approach. She's really a gem.

Dr. Berge is very thorough and provides incredibly helpful information and insight. Her expertise and understanding has helped me better understand how my own head injury has impacted my body (motion-sickness, migraines, tinnitus). I am so grateful for Dr. Berge's help and care.

I have had great success with Dr. Berge she diagnosed me and made a suggestion for hearing aids to try out which have worked well. She is very knowledgeable and has dedicated her life to researching and investing in people with hearing issues.

Dr. Berge is an exceptional doctor I have ever met in my life. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She specified enough time to listen to me about my ear problem that I have been experiencing since my childhood. She gave me helpful advice for not to happening it again. She asked only $50 for all she did and asked if this is acceptable for me before doing her treatment, She is amazing!
