My experience with Medigas Guelph has been nothing short of miraculous. The manager, Karen took me on from day one. She insured that I not only received the proper equipment, but recognized the severity of my needs and had me fully suited up with in a few short days. She and her staff were there for me any and all times I required assistance or a change up of devises. And monitored me on a daily basis. Since the very 1st day, my status has changed and they kept on top of every adjustment. You will never find this kind of dedication and personal care in any other facility. I owe Karen an abundance of gratitude for giving me my life back. I also appreciate gaining a new friend.

I needed a new cpap asap since mine had stopped working and I was leaving for a trip overseas. All the cpap suppliers in Toronto had a 2 week waiting list so I expanded my search to Guelph. I was fortunate enough to connect with Karyn who was sympathetic and understood my need for speed. She found the machine I needed and she worked with me until well past business hours to help me. I was leaving for my trip the next day so she even arranged her work schedule to meet me at a halfway point so I didn't have to drive all the way to Guelph. I can hardly find words to express my gratitude to her and I am so impressed with her commitment to customer service. If I could give her 7 stars out of 5, I would.

Hanna was fabulous- knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant, making for a great customer experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff- thank you.

ABZ SLEEP CONSULTING REVIEWS

I meant to post this review last year when we worked with Megan, we have nothing but great things to say about her and her work. She was so helpful in finding a sleep training method that worked for us to help our one year old put himself to sleep after we got into a habit of rocking him to sleep always. It stopped working for us and Megan’s program and support helped us move past that with ease. Within a couple days he was putting himself to sleep and staying asleep with no fuss. We especially liked Megan’s support over the walkie talkie app she uses, she was always there for quick support and tips at nap time and bedtime.

Megan with ABZ Sleep Consulting was able to get our headstrong 2.5 year old to finally sleep through the night, after attempting to use all the sleep techniques on our own at home, prior to contacting Megan. She is a great communicator and quickly tailored our son's Sleep Plan to his personality and needs along the way, until we had a system in place to help him with his sleep routine and wakings. He's now going to sleep independently with minimal wake ups overnight, and sleeping until his set wake up time, routinely for the last three months. Would highly recommend Megan!

Megan was amazing! We came to her when our little one started her 4 month sleep regression. This meant short naps and waking up numerous times during the night. No one was getting the sleep they needed. After two weeks with Megan our girl was taking 1.5 hour naps and sleeping consistently through the night. 100% worth every penny. Megan was kind, knowledgeable, and always made herself available to support us through the process. Cannot sing her praises enough.
