Diane began her career in the social work field and subsequently trained to become a registered massage therapist. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School, Toronto (2000) and the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Hamilton (2016). Mark is the #1 guy I turn to when my body is acting up, there's been many times throughout the years that I thought I'd have to quit tattooing because of my hand/back/neck/ shoulder pain. I go to mark and he fixes me right up in 1 or 2 appointments, and gives me recommendations and stretches to prevent it from happening again. I always recommend people see an osteopath first before physio/massage/chiro. I've done every type of treatment available and Mark's osteopath treatment is the best.

Mark Powell is the best osteopath. Mark has brought me tremendous relief from pain due to chronic cervicogenic headaches. In addition to being a skilled practitioner, Mark is kind and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the osteo and massage treatments that I've received at Powell Osteopathy and Massage Therapy. I've been seeing both Mark and Sarah for over a year now and they've helped me tremendously. I began going to Diane for osteopath treatments several years ago when no specialist could tell me why my one leg and knee was swelling so badly. Through my wonderful treatments with Diane, I have improved 100% and I now go to see her for what I call a 'tune up'. Diane's gentle and knowledgeable way of treating the body holistically always leaves me feeling super relaxed and I stand taller and straighter as a result. Osteopathy is a wonderful way to align our bodies and through Diane's wonderful treatments, I have always come back into balance on all levels of my being.
