I have been seeing Cathy for many years now and she is amazing. I’m not sure how such a petite thing is so powerful but she is !!! She is also kind and easy to talk or not talk (she easily picks up on my vibe if I want chatty or just need some time for quiet): I love that. I met Christianne (the owner) for the first time today. She was warm and welcoming, as are all of her staff, and the environment she provides. I’m extremely picky and always have a great experience:)

Dr. Copeland is great at what he does. I have seen many chiropractors in my life and I find Dr. Copeland really good at what he does and thorough. He takes the time to investigate what the problem is and give an effective treatment. I highly recommend his services to others.

After my head and neck injuries and visiting countless other massage therpaists in Guelph and surrounding areas, I became super picky in choosing a skilled massage therapist. Kieu-Oanh is the first massage therapist I have regularly visited for over a year. I have tried other RMTs along the way when I could not get a booking and I was always disappointed. When the bar has been raised so high by Kieu-Oanh, it's very difficult to want to book with anyone else. She genuinely cares about your well being, treats the muscles with strong pressure massage techniques, and also provides advice on what excersizes to practice in order to fix and maintain one's body. I always leave feeling lighter with my body tuned up! Thank you so much for all your help!

I love this place. She is very thorough. She does deep tissue as well as regular massage and she knows her stuff. Very pleasant, respectful, calming atmosphere. I'd recommend her in a heart beat.
