I recently had a consultation at Em Clinic for a new service and Sarah and Dr. Lee were so accommodating and professional. What I like most about Em Clinic is that they always explain my options in detail and NEVER make me feel pressured into purchasing. This place is such a gem and they definitely have a lifetime customer here.

I had a consultation with Lexus today, she was welcoming, she listened to my concerns, asked the right questions, and offered really helpful suggestions. I am starting my first micro needling session tomorrow because of how comfortable she made me feel during the consultation.

This was my first time at Em Clinic and my first facial! Lexus was very kind and knowledgeable. During my facial she was soft spoken when explaining what was happening next. The facial itself was a great first experience! I’ll definitely be back for another! Thank you Lexus.

The team today (Ula and Morgan) were extremely helpful as we talked about the appropriate treatment plan for my needs, patience with me as I asked questions for understanding and clarity, and the support provided reassuring me I was in good hands was outstanding. I’ve attended this clinic several times in the past, and have always had great experiences. Even the front desk reception staff were incredible pleasant and inviting making this a 5 stars experience! Thank you everyone involved.

A 10 stars review is overdue because I’ve attended ArtMed over the years for various concerns and it was always a great experience. Most recently, Nurse Morgan was very professional, took the time to understand my concerns, explained the appropriate options and the outcome, plus she has very ‘light’ hands - thanks a lot Morgan! I know that all medical staff is carefully selected by Dr. Peirson, so you can only expect highly trained, experienced professionals who stay up to date with the newest of the medical esthetics. Many thanks and congratulations for 10 successful years to the amazing ArtMed team.
