The team today (Ula and Morgan) were extremely helpful as we talked about the appropriate treatment plan for my needs, patience with me as I asked questions for understanding and clarity, and the support provided reassuring me I was in good hands was outstanding. I’ve attended this clinic several times in the past, and have always had great experiences. Even the front desk reception staff were incredible pleasant and inviting making this a 5 stars experience! A 10 stars review is overdue because I’ve attended ArtMed over the years for various concerns and it was always a great experience. Most recently, Nurse Morgan was very professional, took the time to understand my concerns, explained the appropriate options and the outcome, plus she has very ‘light’ hands - thanks a lot Morgan! I know that all medical staff is carefully selected by Dr. Peirson, so you can only expect highly trained, experienced professionals who stay up to date with the newest of the medical esthetics. I have attended Natalie Maaden Spa several times and received many different facials. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain treatments and procedures in a way that makes sense! The environment is always clean and relaxing and provides an escape from reality. They always go above and beyond with all of their clients to make sure everyone has the best experience! I have been going to Julia for over 2 years for my treatments. She is always kind and gentle and takes her time while doing the procedures. She not only has helped me clear up my skin but she also sends me home with samples to try at home as well! I can not recommend Natalie Maaden Laser & Spa enough! They are professional, friendly and take so much pride in their work!.

I highly recommend going to Natalie Maaden Spa. The staff is wonderful there and they are extremely welcoming! I especially adore Julia, as she does my eyelash extensions for me. She's very quick and always a pleasure to chat with! I quite enjoy my time there evetytime I go to my appointments, the environment is very clean and bright. The music is also very relaxing and calming to listen to! Natalie Maaden spa is one of the best spas I have ever been to.
