I have been involved with HOW for 3 months now and have been working closely with Samantha and Keloudia. I have been on many a diet in the past with no success however these ladies have taught me a new lifestyle, not a diet. I look forward to my biweekly visits where they measure my fat loss, weight and mental state regarding how I deal with food. They have taught me how to eat the food I want just in different ways. In 3 short months I have lost 2 1/2" in fat and 20lbs. I have easily adapted to my new lifestyle and have been having fun with the new recipes they provide. I could not do it without their motivation and I can't thank you ladies enough. I can't wait to see the results in the next 3 months. Thank you Samantha and Keloudia!!!! On a side note my wife has also lost weight by supporting my new lifestyle.

I have struggled with weight management for many years and now in my 70s have felt quite discouraged as my weight is affecting my health in a more limiting way. WW is a great program that helps you form healthy eating habits. You can do it online only or you can come to the meetings. I chose the option with the meetings. This location is very convenient and the staff members are very friendly. Great atmosphere.
