Peter and the whole Chancellor's Way team are second to none. The staff are friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure we get our prescriptions filled on time and without hassle. Even when we've called them at the last minute for a refill, they've been extremely gracious and gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need. I've never been disappointed with the service we've received, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. They went out of their way for me. Our regular pharmacy was unable to get something that was prescribed by a specialist. I called around, and as most places brushed me off, Chancellors Way went out of their way and found what we needed. They were very understanding, helpful, and empathetic. I really appreciate their help.

I've been with them only a short time but this pharmacy has been tremendous. I spoke with Peter the other day and had a good chat. They have a way of making things as easy as possible and really add a personal touch.

By far the best pharmacy i’ve ever been to! This pharmacy has lovely staff and is very professional! Everything is very organized and easy to find whatever stuff I need to buy! If you’re looking for a pharmacy to switch to, i’d 100% choose this pharmacy!

Great pharmacy with great work ethics and organization. Their customer service is amazing, their shelves are organized and easy to find stuff, the store is clean, etc. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

I love this pharmacy so much. They answer their phones! My prescriptions are refilled so quickly. They always wear masks unlike most other pharmacies that I've seen. They are kind and helpful and I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

NORFOLK PHARMACY REVIEWS

If I could give ten stars, I would. As someone with chronic illness, several doctors and specialists, multiple changing insurance plans, and a limited budget, I've never experienced this level of professionalism and care from any other pharmacy - and I've tried several in Guelph. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. They do what is necessary to ensure that you get the pharmaceutical care you need to the best of their ability every time. Canada's medical system can sometimes be impossible to navigate to the layperson, especially when your medical situation is complicated. Without their expertise and compassion, I would not enjoy the level of health that I do today.

The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgable. It is very convenient for me to walk to. This is a great place to fill any prescriptions. They also have an extremely extensive surgical supply side (much more so than an unnamed "drug mart" you might be a "shopper" in). If you need prescriptions or medical supplies Norfolk Pharmacy & Surgical Supplies is definitely the place for you!

Always helpful and I never have to wait for my prescription bc of the automatic renewal through the phone. Also the delivery service is reliable and helpful.
